Patient surveys

The above Privacy Policy applies to personal data (information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual).

We work with healthcare providers, who use our products and services to look after their patients, to design services that can help support cancer patients and provide them with better care. This includes inviting patients to complete surveys to guide the design of platforms that will support cancer patients and enable them to engage directly in their care.

If you decide to participate in a patient survey, we will not ask you for any personal data such as your name, email address or any other contact information.  Your replies will be anonymous so we will not be able to, and will not attempt, to identify or contact you.

As your replies are anonymous, so not personal data, this Privacy Policy and data protection law does not apply.  However, if you have any queries regarding your replies or patient surveys generally, just send an email to info@iQemo.com.
